Developing the Agility Mindset for Teams
This workshop is designed for anyone navigating complex and fast-moving organisations. The session follows a deliberate arc: establishing self-awareness, building conceptual foundations, applying them to organisational reality, and then discovering the personal engine that makes it all sustainable (resilience and wellness).
