Executive Presence Training
Command attention, communicate with authority, and lead with the kind of confidence that gets you taken seriously at every level. Executive Presence is the ability to control how you're perceived before you say a word and how you hold a room long after you've spoken. This is the training that makes it learnable.

About This Training
Executive presence is one of the most frequently cited reasons leaders are promoted and one of the least frequently developed. It is not about being extroverted, polished, or performing a version of leadership that doesn’t feel authentic. It is about showing up with intention: knowing how you come across, being in control of the signals you send, and communicating in a way that builds trust and confidence in the people around you.
This training gives participants a clear-eyed understanding of what presence actually is — broken into specific, observable behaviours that can be practised and developed. Participants identify where they are today, where the gaps are, and exactly what to work on to close them. The focus throughout is on authenticity: building a presence that is distinctly theirs, not a borrowed idea of what a leader should look like.
Every session is built around your participants’ real contexts — the rooms they need to own, the stakeholders they need to convince, and the moments where how they show up matters most.
