Beyond the workshop.
Some organisations need a great day. Others need lasting change. Our programmes are designed for organisations that want to build real capability over time — not just tick a training box.
We work with government agencies, statutory boards and large organisations as a long-term training partner, running structured cohorts throughout the year so your people develop skills that actually stick.
Here's what we know about training that doesn't stick
A single workshop energises people. Participants leave with good intentions, a few sticky notes, and a plan to do things differently. Then Monday happens. The slides get buried. The habits don't form. Three months later, nothing has changed.
It's not the content that fails, it's the format.
Skills like facilitation, communication and leadership aren't learned in a day. They're built through practice, reflection and repetition. That's why our programmes are structured as recurring cohorts rather than one-off events — so your people develop skills progressively, apply them in between sessions, and come back to deepen the learning.

How Our Programmes Work
1
We Design Your Programme Together
Every programme starts with a conversation about your organisation's context, your people's current skill level, and what good looks like six months from now. We then build a curriculum that fits your L&D calendar — not a generic one pulled off the shelf.
2
Cohorts Run On a Recurring Calendar
Typically 15–20 participants per cohort, running every 4–8 weeks. Different teams or departments go through the programme at different points in the year, so the organisation gradually builds a shared language across functions.
3
Each Session Stands On Its Own
Participants don't need to have attended previous cohorts. Each session is complete and practical — participants walk out with tools they can use immediately. This makes it easy for individual departments to sign up independently.
4
We Track And Report On Progress
After every cohort we share a feedback report covering participant confidence shifts, session highlights and recommendations for the next batch. You always know what's changing and what to build on.
