About This Training

Most people are given a job title long before they’re given influence. And most organisations confuse the two. Lead with Influence is built on a simple premise: the ability to move people, shape decisions, and create momentum is a learnable skill — not a personality trait, and not a perk of seniority.

This training gives participants a practical framework for understanding how influence works — and how to use it with intention. Whether they’re navigating upwards with senior leaders, sideways with peers, or downwards with their own teams, participants leave knowing exactly what to do differently.
