About This Workshop

Developing the Agility Mindset for Teams

This workshop is designed for anyone navigating complex and fast-moving organisations. The session follows a deliberate arc: establishing self-awareness, building conceptual foundations, applying them to organisational reality, and then discovering the personal engine that makes it all sustainable (resilience and wellness).

Choose Your Format

Half-day or full-day
built around your team

Half-day intensive

3.5 hours

A focused, practical session that gives participants the core CliftonStrengths toolkit — designed to slot into a working day without disrupting the whole team.

Top 5 deep dive:

Understand each person's dominant themes and how they show up at work

Team strengths map:

See the collective patterns, blind spots, and gaps

Practical applications:

Translate strengths into how the team works day-to-day

Shared language:

Build vocabulary for giving feedback and dividing work

Personal action plan:

Each participant identifies one change to make immediately

Best for

Teams short on time who need a practical toolkit fast, or as a warm-up before the full-day programme.

RECOMMENDED

Full-day deep dive

7 hours

The complete CliftonStrengths experience. Multiple design and exploration cycles, harder challenges, and a full playbook to use from day one.

Strengths audit:

Honest self-assessment of current habits and gaps

Top 5 deep dive:

Extended exploration of each theme including blind spots

Team strengths map:

Collective patterns, gaps, and where strengths conflict or complement

Strengths in conflict:

What happens when different themes clash and how to navigate it

Role application:

How each person uses their strengths in their specific role

Personal strengths playbook:

A documented approach each participant takes away

Best for

Teams investing seriously in strengths as a capability — managers, leadership groups, and cross-functional cohorts.

What Participants Leave With

Six things that change
how the team works

01

A clear understanding of their top 5 themes

What each CliftonStrengths theme means and how it specifically shows up in their work.

02

Insight into strengths and blind spots

How their strengths show up in the room — and where they can inadvertently create friction.

03

A team strengths map

Collective patterns and gaps that show what the team is built for — and where to watch out.

04

Practical day-to-day applications

Concrete ways to use strengths in how the team divides work, communicates, and gives feedback.

05

A shared strengths language

Common vocabulary for conversations that would otherwise be vague or politically loaded.

06

Confidence in their role

How to lean into strengths and apply them within their specific context and responsibilities.

Before the session

Participants complete the online CliftonStrengths assessment (approximately 30–40 minutes) before the workshop. Assessment codes are included in the booking - nothing to organise separately.

“Heartfelt thanks for fantastic emceeing job at our inaugural COE Day yesterday! In particular, handling all the unexpected hiccups with such panache and helping us keep the programme on track. The audience loved you and I received multiple praises from even the hardest to please.”

Portia Loh

COE Hub Dircetor, HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency)

“Highly agile and competent in facilitating my regular meetings and large workshops with over seventy attendees. Great people, motivational, and conflict-resolution skills. In short, I look forward to working with them again!”
