About This Workshop
Not a personality quiz. A working session.
CliftonStrengths identifies the 34 talent themes that drive how each person thinks, feels and behaves - and it changes how teams work together when applied well. This isn’t a personality quiz with a debrief. It’s a structured working session that translates individual strengths into team strategy.
We design CliftonStrengths sessions for intact teams, leadership groups and cross-functional cohorts. Whether you’re a team of 5 going through your profiles for the first time, or a leadership group looking to apply strengths language to real business challenges, we build the session around your situation.
